CRM - Privilege Club

With the implementation of our CRM solution these Slovenian airline company has started its privilege club to improve relations with passengers. This loyalty programme includes vast number of members and encourages them in various ways to regular or at least more often purchases. The easiest way to collect data about each individual passenger/costumer is by identifying him by his every contact with the company.

The solution enables management of profiles, invoices, products, prices, discounts, demands and appeals. It also enables analyses of contact history as well as review and management of projects. It’s an efficient scheme for marketing planning and represents a system as a decision making support for leading management.
