An example of a document system implementation at the Jožef Stefan Institute
Paper-based operations can be a serious obstacle in large organizations. Slow processes, limited access to information and opaque collaboration between employees quickly affect work efficiency.
The Jožef Stefan Institute, one of the largest research institutions in Slovenia, faced a similar challenge. A large number of employees, extensive documentation and legal requirements for electronic transactions with budget users required a systemic and long-term solution.
The institute therefore decided to implement the BuyITC Business Docs document system.
