New functionality: Personal digital signatures in documents
8. APRIL 2026
We have upgraded the BuyITC bDocs document system with the ability to use personal digital signatures in documents.
As part of the system upgrade, we have improved the digital signing process, which now allows for easy attachment or embedding of personal signatures into documents. This allows users to manage signing in digital business processes even more flexibly and transparently.
The system already enables various signing processes, such as parallel or sequential signing, initialing and document approval, where multiple people can participate in the workflow. The new feature of the upgrade is the ability to personally digitally sign your own documents. In this case, the user does not need the entire signing process, but can quickly and directly sign the document in the Document Manager module. This method of signing is particularly useful in cases where the signature is not part of a wider approval process, but rather the signature of your own document.
The solution is closely linked to our document management system, which also ensures: - secure archiving of signed documents
- orderly organization of documents
- efficient distribution of documents within the organization
By upgrading the BuyITC bDocs document system, we enable companies to manage their documents even more efficiently digitally and support modern business methods.
Faster, more transparent and more secure document management. All in one place.
